Hamburg is the home of culinary sense. If I’m in the mood for french food, I love to go to the bistro “le Plat du Jour” where I feel like I’m in Paris. The heartwarming reception, the nice bistro and the perfectly equipped wine menu always bring me back to the Dornbusch. The continuously warm kitchen fits my habit of only eating once per day perfectly. I enjoyed fresh oysters, a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, a Carpaccio with a nice rosé wine aus from the Loire and at the end one of the best cheese plates you can get. Always fresh baguettes with salty butter and friendly staff. On the summer terrace or in a nice restaurant where you feel like a french god.
